Please enter the required information in the form. You must be a member of the United States Field Hockey Association in order to participate in any of the Delaware Shore events. If your information is already on-file and does not need correction just enter 'O-F' in the data. After sending the form, you will receive your registration forms back by return email for you to print out, check over, sign and return to the executive director. Registration is completed when payment is received.
There is no tryout for the Festival, Disney Showcase, or Indoor Qualifier Travel Teams. A roster position is determined by your registration by the deadline of 3/7/2010 and your previous field hockey experiences AND your desire to play college hockey.

Your registration forms will be emailed to you as an attachment: print them out, check over, sign and return to Delaware Shore at 34394 Retz Lane, Lewes, DE 19958.
If you are paying by personal check your fee must be included with your mailed forms.
